 About me

Anna Sorokoletova is a Russian born artist who immigrated to Australia in 2009. She completed Bachelor of Art (History) at Russian University in 2007 and a stained-glass course at Clive Hillier Art Glass Studio in Sydney Australia.

Her work express and reflect different feelings playing with color, contrast and texture. Glass get decorative possibilities in interiors, glow of light through passing and reflecting light create captivating atmosphere.

Anna takes her inspiration from her cultural Russian background and traditional Tiffany technique mixing with contemporary design, where each piece of glass cut out separately and wrapped around into copper foil line and soldered together, it allows to make composition strong and beautiful. Each piece of glass plays game during different time.

Her idea is to add color into the space through colored structured glass art.

Anna is passionate about art and design creating beautiful glass work in interiors.
